PHOTO DAY INFO

 

We want to make your photo day as quick and efficient as possible! To do this we need your help in just a couple areas! Please follow the simple steps below and photo day will be a snap!

Remember:

1) Have your team at the photo location 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment time.

2) Ensure your players come dressed with the correct uniforms!

3) Envelopes must have the correct change enclosed if paying with cash.

4) All orders must be pre-paid on photo day.

5) Late orders will be subject to a $10 later order charge.

Please note:

We cannot start photographing your team until all forms are filled out and your entire team is present. For insurance purposes, we also ask that all parents stay behind the enclosed photography location which will be sectioned off with flags and signs.


We create a unique photo day experience! When we set up for an event we bring full size 10x10 light controlled tents to ensure that we give your photos proper lighting and no squinting eyes!

 

How Photo Day Works

3) Schedule a date for photo day

• We will send order forms two weeks in advance

• Forms are handed out to parents one week in advance

• We come to your location to take photos

• Photos are delivered within 3 weeks from photo day
